About Me

Being overweight has been something I’ve struggled with for most of my life. I tried for years to lose weight and get into a better shape. I did exactly what everyone said I should do – buy the latest “magic weight loss” supplements, do hours of cardio, count points/calories, go on a low-fat diet, etc. But the weight wouldn’t budge.

My career as a pharmacist was stressful. I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome, and a laundry list of other health issues. Between the commute and long hours, I felt like I had no time to do anything. Exercising and healthy eating was out of the question. I gave up on my dream of losing weight and getting into shape, and instead, I began dealing with stress and my emotions with food and alcohol. The result - I put on A LOT more weight.

A year later, I got engaged to my girlfriend. After seeing pictures of us, I knew something had to be done. After months of research in nutrition and fitness, testing dozens of diet and exercise protocols on myself, I finally had a breakthrough. The result was a system that worked – one that allowed me to never feel deprived. My life has never been the same since. I lost over 80 pounds and have kept it off to this day - all while planning a wedding, traveling, and working 50+ hours a week. My physical and mental health have been restored, and I have more energy and confidence than ever before. And my greatest personal accomplishment to date is something that I never thought was possible - achieving six-pack abs!

My transformation was a life-changing experience, one that I am passionate about sharing with others. I now help others lead a healthy, happy, and active lifestyle.

Strategy

Let’s face it, there’s a lot of information out there. As a busy professional, finding the time to navigate all the information, come up with a diet and exercise strategy, and ultimately executing that strategy can seem impossible. I understand what it’s like. The goal is to educate clients so that they become self-reliant in the long-term. As the saying goes, “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. Ultimately, empowering clients with the information they need about nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle so they can make healthier choices for themselves, and achieve lifelong weight loss, is my top priority.

Support

Losing weight and acquiring healthy habits can be challenging, especially if you are extremely busy. At some point, we all run into obstacles such as lack of time, commitment, motivation, negative thinking, and emotional eating. A strong support system from your weight loss coach, and access to a community of supportive and motivating individuals who are in this journey together with you (or have gone before you), holds you accountable and keeps you motivated. Besides, if you’re paying for a weight loss coach, do you really want to slack off and feel like you aren’t getting the most for your money? Money spent can be a good motivator sometimes.
